These providers receive information only as needed to perform services for Utopia. Payments and messaging

Payment-card details are collected and processed by our payment providers; Utopia does not store complete card numbers or card security codes. If you communicate with Utopia through WhatsApp, Meta and its service providers process message and account information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

Children and legal drinking age

Our alcohol-related services are intended only for people of legal drinking age. We do not knowingly offer or sell alcohol to children.
