Data Deletion Instructions

Effective September 15, 2026

You may ask Utopia Vineyard to delete personal information associated with your Utopia account, website activity, communications, or connected Meta services.

How to submit a request

1. Email info@utopiawine.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”
2. Include your full name and the email address, telephone number, or social account used with Utopia.
3. Describe the Utopia service or account connected to the information you want deleted. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or government identification in the initial email.

Verification and completion

We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request concerns you. After verification, we will delete or de-identify information covered by the request and confirm completion, generally within 30 days. We will explain if additional time is reasonably required.

Information we may retain

Some information may be retained where required or permitted for legal, tax, accounting, alcohol-compliance, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or transaction-record obligations. Information held by an independent service provider may also be subject to that provider’s deletion process and legal obligations.

Meta and WhatsApp information

If your request concerns an interaction with Utopia through Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp, identify that service in your request. We will remove information controlled by Utopia and provide further instructions when information must be managed through Meta’s services.
