Whole cluster fermentation enhances aromatic complexity with layers of rose petal, baking spice, and forest floor, while the warm 2022 vintage delivers concentrated flavors of black cherry, raspberry compote, plum, and dark tea. Refined tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, savory finish make this limited-production reserve Pinot Noir both cellar-worthy and approachable upon release.

The story

A wine shaped by place

2022 restored our faith in both mother nature and the vines themselves, showing how plants with strong health can rebound from near- disastrous weather. In mid-April when buds were open and vulnerable, a harsh, damaging frost settled in. Yet the growing season cooperated to promote the growth of secondary buds, culminating in the third- highest heat accumulation in 26 years--peaking at the end of the season.
